Our Story

Hoffmaster Properties LLC is a company that acquires, renovates, and leases single-family residential homes. Our homes are located in very desirable neighborhoods with highly rated school districts within the Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. They are carefully selected to ensure that structural integrity and high quality standards can be achieved within every home.  Each home is carefully maintained and serviced by experienced local professionals to ensure a quality experience for our residents.  Our overall goal is to offer unique homes in great neighborhoods in order for us to create long-term relationships with our residents. 

  The company was started in 2009 by Mike and Kim Hoffmaster.  Mike has been in the homebuilding industry since 1984 and he has worked his way up to executive level positions with several large homebuilders in Indianapolis and Cincinnati.  Kim has a small decorating business in which some of her specialties include draperies, cornices, leaded glass, decorative flower arrangements and Christmas wreaths.  Our combined experience in homebuilding and decorating offer a unique blend of skills that allows us to renovate and re-finish our homes with attractive features and modern new trends in housing today.
